Tammy joined Thomas Lofy in 1992 and is an indispensable member of the team. She serves as the Senior Paralegal, Officer Manager, and Tax Flow Administrator.
As a Paralegal for over 30 years, Tammy specializes in estate planning, estate settlement, trust administration, business formation, transactions and compliance, and real estate documentation.
She is a value-driven paralegal and serves the legal team by supporting our attorneys, client intake and managing the caseloads of multiple clients. Her skills include adeptly navigating the management of client deadlines, communication among parties, drafting and preparation of legal documents, legal research and document filings in state and federal agencies, commissions and courts. When Tammy takes an assignment, it will be done correctly and timely.
Tammy manages administrative tasks within the firm and ensures efficient communication with clients as well as with the CPAs and tax preparers. Tammy’s responsibilities also include assisting with preparing and filing tax returns as well as bookkeeping, payroll, and other accounting matters.
Tammy excels at detail-oriented tasks, always striving to deliver exceptional legal and accounting support while ensuring every client receives the upmost quality of service, dedication and care.
Tammy is passionate about creating long and satisfying client relationships and providing exceptional client service. Tammy is a loving mother of two amazing humans and three loyal and loving pups. When not working, she enjoys time with family and friends, watching movies and documentaries, reading fiction and non-fiction literature, dancing and singing along at concerts and musicals, spending hours in museums, and supporting her beloved Arizona Wildcats. Tammy is extremely enthusiastic about traveling the world and being emersed in each locale’s landscape, architecture, history, culture and art.
Tammy has a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies focused on Pre-Law from the University of Arizona and a Paralegal Degree from Phoenix College. Tammy is also a Notary Public
