Nicole serves as an Legal Assistant and Tax Flow Associate, where she plays a key role in delivering exceptional client service and operational support.
In her tax role, Nicole supports the CPAs and tax preparers by managing pre-season preparation, communicating with clients, organizing and processing incoming tax documents, assisting with income tax return preparation, and monitoring the status of returns.
Nicole also plays a key role in supporting the firm’s operations and the firm’s legal team through a variety of administrative responsibilities, including preparing meeting materials and documents for estate planning clients, assisting with special projects, and handling day-to-day tasks.
Her strong attention to detail and dedication to efficiency contribute to a seamless workflow for both clients and team members.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking with her dog, volunteering, and traveling.
