Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Tax Flow Associate
With over 30 years of experience in administrative support, Mary plays a vital and multifaceted role at Lofy Group.
Mary is responsible for the firm’s accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices and payments, preparing client billing statements, and preparing reports and reconciliations. Mary also assists with a myriad of administrative tasks for the firm.
Mary also serves as a Tax Flow Associate, supporting the tax team by coordinating client signatures on tax forms, including through DocuSign, and by assisting with the organization and scanning of tax-related documents.
She manages her responsibilities with a calm, positive demeanor, always ensuring tasks are completed with precision and care. Her genuine care for Lofy Group clients and staff is evident to all.
Mary enjoys spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. She’s passionate about gardening, taking scenic day trips around Arizona, and spoiling her two dogs and two cats. Mary also enjoys staying active by walking, listening to music, and cheering on her favorite sports teams (Go Cards!).
